Orffa, a global leader in specialty feed additives and innovative feed solutions, is pleased to announce the establishment of a Scientific Advisory Board (SAB). Leo den Hartog (emeritus professor Sustainable Animal Nutrition at Wageningen University) has been appointed as the chairman of this Board. This milestone reinforces Orffa's commitment to science-driven innovation and strengthens its engagement with leading scientists, academic institutions and industry experts worldwide.
Professor den Hartog is internationally recognized for his contributions to animal nutrition across research, academia and industry. As Chairman, he will lead the formation of the Scientific Advisory Board. This Board will support Orffa's scientific and innovation agenda. The involvement of prof. den Hartog from the earliest stages of the selection and onboarding process will help ensure the scientific independence, credibility, and quality of the Board.
The SAB will bring together recognized scientific leaders from Europe, Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Latin America (LATAM), representing disciplines central to Orffa's strategic focus areas (Gut Health, Feed Efficiency, and Mineral Nutrition). The Board will provide independent scientific insight, identify emerging research opportunities
