To strengthen our team within the Feed Additives business unit, we are looking for an international Sales Manager.
What can you expect as an international Sales Manager?
In this highly dynamic position, you will act as a result oriented international sales manager of high-quality raw materials and feed additives to the compound feed and premix industry. After an extensive introduction to the various departments and products of Orffa, you will be assigned your own customer portfolio. Within this you are responsible for achieving (regional) commercial objectives with maximization of the net margin and optimal contact with (potential) customers. Of course, this also includes optimization of the portfolio, whereby you will maintain and expand your own network within these (foreign) markets. You also proactively ensure that you are on top of the latest developments in your foreign markets, so that this will make a positive contribution to your sales activities.
What do we expect from you?
To be successful in this position, you need to have highly developed communication skills so that you can build strong relationships and expand your own network. You already have some experience with the commercial world through an education or previous job. It is also important that you want to and can operate independently, but that – with your commercial mindset- you want to score in a team. Given the complexity in the different countries, you can easily adapt to other cultures and you know how to convert actions into successes. Considering the international character, you own the English language perfectly in both word and writing. Proficiency in the Spanish and / or French language is a very strong plus. In addition to visiting foreign markets and / or fairs 15-25% of your time, you spend most of your time among your colleagues in the office. Here you maintain good relationships with the various departments, for example with Logistics and Financial Administration, so that you are always aware of the latest status regarding your customers.

The sales team of the Feed Additives business unit currently consists of 13 people, who work closely with the Purchasing and Logistics department. Depending on age and experience, we offer a suitable salary, including a non-contributory pension and 29 vacation days (based on full-time employment) to establish a healthy work-life balance. Our office is currently still located in Werkendam, but mid-2021 we will move to a very attractive location in the outskirts of Breda.
